Registration

Sweet Songs Records welcomes submissions from artists who feel their music fits the spirit of our catalog. Whether you perform folk, experimental, electronic, choral, acoustic, or traditional music, we offer a simple way to introduce your work to us. Registration is done through a Google Docs form, which will be linked here once complete. The form collects all the information we need to review your material.

There is a nonrefundable registration fee of 25 dollars, payable by Venmo only (link provided in Registration Form). This fee covers the time spent reviewing your EPK and processing your submission. Registration does not guarantee acceptance or promotion. Please allow up to fourteen business days for us to review your materials and contact you if we feel your work aligns with the label.

We recommend that every artist prepare a clear and organized EPK before completing the form. A strong EPK gives us a sense of who you are, what you sound like, and what you hope to achieve. At minimum, please include your name, mailing address, phone number, email, your band or ensemble name, your music genre, and links to your SoundCloud or Bandcamp pages. We cannot review Spotify or Apple Music submissions at this time. Please also include a YouTube channel if you maintain one, the year your project was founded, current members, and a short description of your sound.

Additional helpful items include a recent promotional photo, album art or logos if you use them, a list of notable performances, press mentions if available, current social links, and any upcoming releases. You do not need to provide everything on this list, but the more complete your EPK is, the easier it is for us to understand your project.

Fill out the Registration Form On This Page If you have questions in the meantime, feel free to ask, and we’ll help you prepare your information.
